About this tool

Toolnetix Annotate PDF gives you a practical, browser-based annotation workspace for review and markup workflows without installing desktop software. You can add freehand pen marks, highlight important regions, draw rectangles, place text labels, drop note-style callouts, and stamp images where needed. These controls are useful for document reviews, approval rounds, QA comments, legal markups, and quick internal feedback loops. All edits are processed locally in your browser, so your PDF content stays on your device and is not uploaded to external servers. When you apply annotations, Toolnetix exports a new PDF file with your changes while preserving the original source as a separate copy. After export, you can continue with related tools such as Redact PDF, Watermark PDF, or Sign PDF to complete your document workflow. Try next: Sign PDF • Watermark PDF.
